continued from home pageBy scheduling an initial meeting with you and your bookkeeper, office manager, and/or accountant, our goal is to find out what your concerns are and what your hopes and goals are for your business. Once we have agreed to how we can best assist you, we customize a program specifically for your needs. Our coaches schedule a time with you to set up a budget or to review your existing budget. We ask you to provide us with financial reports prepared by your bookkeeper or accountant. You will be asked about your goals and projections for the upcoming months and years. By the way, since we do not replace your accountant or bookkeeper, we strongly encourage you to have one. Your accountant should meet with you quarterly, at least, so you are aware of any tax consequences that may arise during the year. Then, we set up a program to keep track of your actual revenue and expenses and forecast them for the entire year. Each month, we change the forecast as your actual revenue and expenses change. We then make recommendations or point out revenue and expense trends that may affect your bottom line. Our goal is to have you meet or exceed your goals. With your permission, we will discuss office procedures and office flow in order to improve them. Our Tracker Enterprises coaches create an atmosphere of open and respectful discussions between you and your employees – in essence, a “think tank.” Once a relationship is established, ideas flow freely to improve the flow of procedures that occur daily. We strongly believe that it is important to listen to those who actually perform the tasks associated with the functions of your business (we often recommend and offer retreats held away from the office in a more relaxed and stress-free environment). We discuss all of these items at a monthly meeting with you and whoever else you wish to include (e.g., staff, office manager, other officers or partners, other advisors, etc.). During the month, between meetings, you are welcome to contact us during business hours to discuss your concerns, plans, or changes. Then, once per year, a few months before the next fiscal year starts, we meet to discuss the next year’s budget. Our clients say that our fees are reasonable and often compare to less than that of your most modestly paid employee. Call us for a free consultation; we will listen to your needs, discuss our strategies, and quote a fee. Tracker wants to help you understand the finances of your business in minute detail and then, assist with your decision making. We also don’t want to add to your already hectic schedule, so we stay on time during our meetings and design our reports to allow for a quick understanding on your part or to allow for an in-depth analysis. |
