Dr. Paul J. PavlikPresident & CEO

As a professional with more than 34 years experience, Dr. Pavlik understands the daily responsibilities involved in running a business. He established Tracker Enterprises to help other business professionals achieve financial success with unique concepts and tools previously unavailable – tools that do not replace, but significantly augment information typically received from an accountant, bookkeeper, and/or software management program. Tracker offers services and products, including financial management tools, financial forecasting proprietary software that allows businesses to do budgeting, forecasting, and “What If” scenarios. Tracker Enterprises consults with companies that have a few members to companies with over six hundred employees.

After 25 years as a healthcare professional, Dr. Pavlik became President and CEO of a Colorado-based think-tank dedicated to research. Paul also served as a director for The Prudential Insurance Company and was Vice President of Western Regional Operations for a Florida-based healthcare company. Additional credentials include scientific and financial researcher, coach, educator, consultant, author, and speaker.

Dr. Pavlik is currently developing a financial forecasting software program called IFF…™ (“Intuitive Financial Forecasting”) that will allow individuals to enter their financial information, receive instant analytical feedback linked to a variety of metrics and benchmarks, view and manipulate forecasts, and do what if scenarios, all based on the Tracker management model.

He writes a e-newsletter, Tracker Tips, which is read by hundreds of business executives, managers and their teams. Paul is also currently authoring books including “Operational Management in the Boardroom,” “WIN3,” “The Ten Commitments,” and “The Spaghetti Chronicles.”

Paul feels that the variety of experiences in his career allows him to offer clients a "big picture" perspective without losing sight of the details. He enjoys helping clients discover and rediscover their direction and how their decisions affect them both now and in the future. He is proud that Tracker has earned the reputation of being a business owner’s “part-time” or “virtual” CFO.
