Chandra has more than 25 years experience in business management with companies such as IBM, MaxCor, and numerous healthcare professionals, large healthcare facilities, and think tanks.

After managing her own successful business as well the businesses of others, Chandra’s background in business management allows her to readily evaluate the details involved in productivity and efficiency issues, including budgeting, forecasting, and “what if” scenarios. She currently coaches business owners and managers to know and understand the financial and operational sides of managing their businesses and to continually make the needed adjustments which contribute significantly to meeting and exceeding their goals, and ultimately, achieving overall success.

She trains business leaders and managers to work with their employees in innovative ways -- ways that encourage higher levels of performance, and subsequently, happier clientele. Chandra understands the nuances of superior customer service. She has demonstrated to her clients that even slight adjustments to their customer care routines can make huge differences in retaining existing customers and acquiring new clientele. She enjoys helping businesses project a more professional image and trains staff members in methods that leave lasting impressions on their customers.
