Chief Financial Officer
The perspective Bev brings to the Tracker Enterprises team is a result of more than twenty-five years of business management/bookkeeping experience including positions as Business Office Administrator, Accounts Payable Administrator, Payroll Administrator, Educator, Property Manager, Property Renovator, and Author. Bev’s experiences also include the development, set-up, and administration of accounting programs as well as rebuilding complete business financial information for any business scenario. The education of the business owner staff regarding the use of the software is a priority to her. She encourages the importance of using an accountant on a regular monthly basis and works with the accountants of Tracker’s clients. As a previous Office Manager, she realizes the daily staff responsibilities and the importance of daily reconciliations of financial transactions. Bev enjoys educating the employees on those and other essential tasks. Experience in interviewing prospective employees and the developing of benefits packages for the employees as well as office policies enables Bev to give valuable suggestions to business owners to encourage the hiring and keeping of the best talent possible. Analyzing the daily office procedures used by a business allows her to offer suggestions that not only increase revenues but also create a satisfying working environment for the owner and employees. Listening to the employees, observing the office flow and design, and respecting the wishes of the employer are of utmost importance when giving her suggestions. Bev’s goals are to create the best customized operational management program for each business and, most importantly, to continue implementing that program. She believes that the Tracker Enterprises team, working alongside your team while you adjust to the new operational plan, is essential to the success of your operations.
