Mike Connolly has over twenty-two years of business and financial management experience across a range of industries including commercial banking, international television programming rights distribution, commercial construction, resort management, and hospitality and property management.

During that time, Mike has held senior positions with companies such as National Geographic Television, James Madison Ltd., and Vail Resorts Inc., and has provided consulting services to foreign bankers and government ministers.

Currently, he is the owner of Peak Properties which provides lodging and property management services in Vail and Beaver Creek, Colorado. Preparations are being made to expand this business model on a national and international level.

Mike brings to the Tracker Enterprises team a diversity of experience in financial management and analysis and a belief that the financially literate business owner has a tremendous advantage over his competitors.  Basic financial management tools are not difficult to understand and are the key to successfully taking an idea from the “drawing board” to “the bank.”

Mike has a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland College Park (1984) and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland (1991).
