Over the course of the last 25 years, Terry Potter has worked for large Public and Private Companies, as well as start-up organizations.  Dr. Potter is a senior international executive with a record of accomplishment building and managing high technology product and service organizations. 

His line and staff roles in planning, leading, organizing and controlling the development of new product/service businesses led him to run a worldwide New Ventures organization for a Fortune 50 company.  In this capacity he built 8 large multi-million dollar businesses derived from over 45 new startups.  The technology included artificial intelligence, machine learning, alert management, assistive technology, multimedia systems, data and text retrieval systems, cable TV systems, gateways and image/video systems. In his startup mentoring/development capacity, he provided technology development and strategic analysis followed by direction in marketing and operations management. The end result was $75M in additional yearly revenue.

These successes led Dr. Potter to develop a private product and service solution company and grew it from $0 to over $8M in three years.  More recently, Dr. Potter has been involved as a senior corporate consultant solving key corporate problems and breakthrough analysis. Clients include CBS, TRW and Nielsen Research, among others, all of which involved multi-million dollar endeavors.  For example, at CBS he facilitated a technological solution to the rank ordering of new pilot program placement.  This system has become a primary market research tool in executive decision making for new programs.  He also built and lead a team that developed short term and long-range roadmaps, detailed project plans, and financial models for TRW that identified and captured a new multimillion-dollar revenue stream from existing assets through the development of an Integrated Internet sales channel.

Dr. Potter is considered an expert in planning, organizing and leading large interventions for multinational companies with a particular emphasis on Media, Market Research, Healthcare and Security/Surveillance.
